The reason why i've not given a completely satisfied answer is because the service took 1 hour longer than I was advised. I really don't mind how long it takes as long as I'm not kept waiting for any length of time.

Poor commutation, I was not kept informed of the progress of the work on my car. My phone calls were not returned despite repeated promises. When I went to collect my car I was kept waiting nearly 30 minutes without explanation.

Air conditioning not working properly. This was brought to the attention of the staff at the time the car was booked in for the service. Despite regassing, it is still not working. I have booked the car to check this out again and has to wait 4 weeks
