When the car goes in for a service we are kept up to date with what is going on with the car and if there is any problem, we are contacted straight away.
I am always treated like a valued customer and this is done in a courteous and efficient manner.

They listen and do what they say they will do without fuss and without trying to extract more money from me than the original quote. Kept me informed of progress and met the agreed timings. Friendly and knowledgeable service advisers.

Car had a servicing & supposed software upgrade. Since the upgrade not only has the MPG dropped but I now have to press unlock on the remote, THEN press & hold the tailgate button to open the tailgate. I used to just press & hold the tailgate button!
Jason sorted out the mess created by BMW assist and the courtesy car I had and was V helpful
The car service seems fine. Soper requested to keep the car to upgrade the software in the EMU. Since the service the car's mpg has significantly reduced, from 49-50mpg, down to 44-45. I am therefore very dissatisfied with this aspect.
Sophie Tyrer professional to the end making the experience all the better. She is a credit to you and always finds time to chat even though she is very busy

All work completed efficiently courtesy car available which was a pleasure to experience as my wife is possibly looking to upgrade her car.
The work was not completed the same day and I had to return another day for it to be finished.
Easy to deal with
Although the car was with Sopers by 8.30 a.m., work did not commence until late afternoon, and was not completed until the following day. However, I have received an apology and a valeting voucher, so all is forgiven.
Never completely satisfied to have to pay out money but other than that a high level of service! The team did a great job of keeping my bill manageable.

Great communication and service
My car was brought in for a seat repair. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with the seat, so everything was 100% fine.

Every thing was completed as planned. Car ready when promised and Service Coordinator really cared.
Soper tend to be quite good. It depends how things are on the day of course but, generally, good....although I am a bit concerned that I had to take my car in for another problem associated with the EGR valve after relatively few miles.
Not a consistent pereson dealing with me throughout, plus waiting another hour for collection once back in your sales room

I wanted a full end of warranty inspection of my Approved Used car. This is what I requested when I first emailed to make an appointment. However I feel I only got the standard health check. I would have paid extra for a more thorough check/testdrive
Easy to book over phone, only thing I would change, Lincoln website does not have ability to book for Saturday's whereas most other garages did

It would have been higher if the technician had reset the service reminder in the car computer on completion of the service. However your Service Receptionist arranged for this to be completed when I returned a day or so later.

Able to book next day appointment. After dropping car off I was driven home and pick up later to collect my car. Work done within quoted timescale.

Very pleased with the whole experience. Booking in was easy. A phone call the day before just to confirm the service and to ask if I wanted a specific newspaper ordering. On arrival offered drinks.
Cannot fault anything about the experience
As above. I had questions regarding the functions on my car. Sales staff were called to explain but didnt seem interested enough in their explanation for me to understand. I assume because the car wasnt bought from Soper BMW.
From reception to depart, the visit went as planned, on time. Coffee and cake were offered in a comfortable customer lounge area. I was looked after by Sophie regarding the MoT for my X3. She was friendly and efficient, as expected from BMW.

On collection my vehicle was unwashed and contents of the boot dumped on the back seat. Not all repairs were carried even though I pointed this out to the person on the service desk on arrival, out and has to go back at some point for this to be rect

Came in for a 77,000 mile service, got told that if my car had been older(in years) it would have been allowed a slight discount in price. So felt a bit punished for using my car more. I hope they over look the mileage if I trade it in.
Kept in contact with regards to the progress of the work being undertaken and called ahead of when my car would be ready.

When picking up the car it still had a fault on it but I was given a curtosey car straight away so they could work on it again. Fault has unfortunately come back with the same issue so booked in again
Was not really informed what the problem was exactly and unfortunately it is still happening.
I cannot fault any specific aspect of the experience, I would have been happier however if they had been able to address the seat leather issue and if they had explained the logic that the CBS value was based on expected brake condition.

The car that I was lent, I realised on my way home was showing 15 miles of fuel in the tank. Nettleham - BMW rtn. It is some16+ miles for just a return. I should have been warned about the need for fuel & which type. Otherwise no problems

The service is always fine but my issue is with the high cost of the service requirements.
The people there really strive to exceed the customers' expectations. I've had my car serviced through them for 5 years with no issues.
I thought the car had a slight water leak. Next minute, its on the ramp, then a bill for £120 odd pounds, and a report saying I have a gear box oil leak. The video does not show this and the paper report only mentions an engine oil leak.

Vehicle was taken on time and the brake fluid service completed in a timely manner. The vehicle was also valeted and also received a vehicle health check and video provided before I left.
I have to say the service I have recieved has been first class, my vehicle has been in a few times for warranty repairs.Lucy Butler has been my point of contact and she is a real asset to Sopers and BMW, I cant praise her enough.
As a result of a software update which addressed a drivetrain issue my mpg has improved.
The car was brought in with its stereo system faulting...the amplifierbwas replaced but upon taking the car the speakers were still faulty...back to the garage I have to go..
