Service took way longer than expected
Very helpful and service is seconded to none.

Friendly & helpful staff
I've had consistently polite and courteous service from Sopers for the past 5 years. I can honestly say they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They only do work that is esssential. They are also very flexible with appointments.

Because my car has a squeak which is coming from the front passenger door although when l collected my car it was rectified , it has now returned . I am led to believe , squeaks and rattles are not covered under warranty if they are over 12 months
Good repair but Sopers had repair date down as Monday 22 May. BMW changed this to Wednesday 17 May but presumably did not record this date change.
The work on the car was carried out to a good standard
Car returned clean and tidy & runs like a dream.I very much appreciated the assistance from Bryan Sleaford and the courtesy car that was provided.

First I was only going home with the loan car (15 miles) the loan car was very low on fuel When I was told that my car was ready to pick up I had to wait over half an hour before I could pick it up and then only because another rep dealt with me

I know intermittent faults are difficult to trace and rectify, and I'm sure the correct procedure was used to try to clear the fault, but it's a bit annoying that two days after the repair was done the error message came up in the dashboard again.
My vehicle was scheduled for work for a handbrake failure however it broke down 1 mile from Sopers on the way there. I spoke to the reception who in turn put me through to servicing and advised I use BMW breakdown which I did. I got the vehicle there
fault with squealing brakes when wet on a car with less than 2,800 miles, during booking in discussion was held about them worn out and cost would be with me to replace, also car was cleaned and full of water marks on collection - dirtier then before
Up to the usual high standard
Could not fault the checking in procedure, the courtesy car and the on site waiting facilities. The staff were extremely welcoming and efficient. The car was ready at the stated time and was presented in absolutely pristine condition. Well done.

All of the process was clearly explained. Lucy went above and beyond to make sure that not only was the car finished in time (earlier than I had originally promised) which enabled me to make an important meeting, but also at the best price.
The staff at Soper are great. I was just a little un-happy at having to shell out £233.00 for a new set of brake pads on a < 1 year old BMW M4.

I dont usually complete this type of survey, although i did give some negative feedback when I bought the car and I am afraid my comments again are somewhat negative The car was delivered one week later than originally agreed.
A small mix up on notifying me that the repair was finished no followup to a no reply just a voicemail that I did not receive

When buying the car the salesman was lacking experience
Greeted right away, coffee provided, kept waiting very little time. Completed work as expected and it was explained why other work I enquired about was not done. Collection just as efficient and timely.

Was all good apart from the fact I was told tightening a screw up in the air intake bracket would be warrantied as it wasn't something caused by me and wasn't my problem, but was charged £25 for it

Brilliant service, start to finish
The body repair shop did an excellent job on my car I was delighted.
I was initially told by BMW Breakdown to drive to the dealer on a Sunday and that they could not help me as the car was driveable but overheating. I was told later that they should not have done that.
The service team went out their way to provide excellent services.
Always well looked after
The changing of the locks appears excellent. I did not ask for a valet, but it was not up to your normal standards. I didn't complain as the service was free.

This is the 3rd time it's had been in at BMW to find that the work and cleanliness of the car has not been looked at even when I was told the car was ready for collection and the person in charge in dealing with me said its all 100% ready

The customer service at Soper of Lincoln is second to none.
Estimated 1 days work took 3.5 days and numerous trips to find car not ready, in addition damage found on brand new alloy which was not picked up by service team.Also pricing approved online was different to invoice presented at end of job.

Disappointed spare part required to repair my car was not available that day, unfortunately due to the delay meant having to take my wife's car to the airport the following and having to pay a charge to change the vehicle for the valet parking
Good service and exceptionally friendly staff
No tyres kept on site for my car, ordered one and the wrong tyre was sent. Couldn't fit for a further two days. Although the staff did everything they could to remedy the situation and kindly have me a car to use.

Within 2 hours of my initial telephone contact, a car to my specification had been located and I was given the opportunity to place a holding deposit on the car.Then all the necessary paperwork was forwarded so I could complete the purchase.
