Great customer service at Sopers always
They were kind enough to clean the boot of my car whilst it was in for the MOT.Car interior not cleaned very thoroughly...dust layer still on dashboard and steering wheel. Not bad for a freeby.

I really want to like soper, the people that work there are so friendly and courteous however their warranty assessor must be a proper jobsworth as the small issues I have had with the car have not been dealt with to my liking.
Sophie Tyrer on the service desk was very helpful but lack of parts was a major problem
Works was completed efficiently and overall experience was very good.
As mentioned in my above comments. Service levels. I was having to chase people as when I left messages no-one got back to me, or if they did it would be a day more before a response.

3 weeks waiting to book my car in for a new key, no courtesy car available. Had my car all day and key was not fixed, only a diagnostic. No call in the day to say what they found, no ability to order the key need another visit to get it sorted

Service was very good - only one issue I asked to be notified by txt message when my car was ready to collect & didnt receive one. Car always returned beautifully cleaned which is much appreciated ??

Brought for a complementary health check. When given health check back told all was ok with the car. When reading through the health check sheet saw urgent attention due to rear brake binding. This was not an issue before bringing into soper

When I collected my car the computer system had seen completely stopped and restarted therefore I could not get my phone to work no radio all satnav info gone. I had to go back twice more to get them to fix that

I was told car was ready so I came to pick it up after service. But it wasn't ready, it hadn't been washed and valeted. The service receptionist washed it herself while I waited !

I have always received excellent service from BMW but felt that I was failed at this appointment and this will now result in me having to make time to bring my car back to have the brake pads attended to, which is what my car was booked in for.
I was advised that there was a nail in a tyre, but pressure was holding. They did not have a replacement but I should have it changed. I took car to a tyre co. who removed a very short screw, the tyre is fine. Standard answers are not always good.
My sevice advisor and technition kept me informed throughout the service.

When the car goes in for a service we are kept up to date with what is going on with the car and if there is any problem, we are contacted straight away.

Car had a servicing & supposed software upgrade. Since the upgrade not only has the MPG dropped but I now have to press unlock on the remote, THEN press & hold the tailgate button to open the tailgate. I used to just press & hold the tailgate button!
Jason sorted out the mess created by BMW assist and the courtesy car I had and was V helpful
The car service seems fine. Soper requested to keep the car to upgrade the software in the EMU. Since the service the car's mpg has significantly reduced, from 49-50mpg, down to 44-45. I am therefore very dissatisfied with this aspect.

Never completely satisfied to have to pay out money but other than that a high level of service! The team did a great job of keeping my bill manageable.
Although the car was with Sopers by 8.30 a.m., work did not commence until late afternoon, and was not completed until the following day. However, I have received an apology and a valeting voucher, so all is forgiven.
