Normally we are satisfied, but on this occasion we weren't. We told the Service Manager this but he wasn't very sympathetic. The order in which the work was carried out meant we now have an unnecessary MOT failure on the car's record.

The MOT and associated works were carried out as planned and the timed appointment was exactly on time
They require many phone calls and visits to their dealership to get the work done to a satisfactory standard and would avoid doing anything under warranty if they thought they could get away with it. They are NOT FIT to be a BMW DEALER.
The veichle has service and mot
Friendly family feel dealership. Always good service but docked 0.5 as took much longer than expected and wasn't kept informed as well as I would expect

My car had been booked in for a service for a couple of weeks but when I arrived with it the reception staff said it was not booked in ! I was somewhat disappointed However they fitted it in that day but much later on.
Car pre-booked fot its service and a courtesy car also booked. No courtesy car available. Then when collected it hadn't been washed. The car was handed back as ready with an18-20

No Complaints about service and I realise it's a courtesy but car valeter(s) needs to ensure any internal saloon personal shopping or random bags are placed back into original rear footwell location and not left on back seat.
Had a two hour waiting appointment which took 2 hours and 50 minutes. I was on time but you where late back. This cost me £160 in lost billable time Which I cannot get back. Maybe I should invoice you.
he customer service was excellent. The service carried out on the car was excellent but as usual not the cheapest.
I left my car all day for service. Yet when I went to collect it in the evening it wasn't washed. I was told to bring it on a different day for washing which was very inconvenient.
Customer service was amazing. Did everything she could do make my life as easy as possible. Sorted out a car for a day and was quick and efficient in every aspect. A real pleasure.
Fixed first time
Changed brake fluid while I waited, did a vehicle check and valeted the car in very reasonable time under my service package.

Lack of communication to advising the issue and the expected length of time it would take. No updates were provided unless i phoned for them. Despite having my car for 2 weeks my report of the car giving errors of no remote found was not looked at.
A comprehensive quality of service is always provided in all aspects of after-sales.
Helpful friendly staff
The only thing I was unsure about was being told "we have updated the software" as the cure to my problem which was a puzzle as for 18 months the car had been running perfectly happily. I suspect that something was resolved and the software updated.
The car had been washed but the windows and mirrors had not been washed and polished.I had to dry the water from my dirty mirrors before driving home.
I have received exceptional service from the Dealer. I received an excellent replacement vehicle; so much so that I would consider purchasing a similar vehicle.
Sophie Tyrer was exemplary from start to finish. This must have been a nightmare for her. A simple map update leading to a whole new idrive header unit. She kept me constantly informed and ensured my continued business.

The car drives well but it drove well before the service. I was very disappointed with the cleaning of the car when it came back. It was wourse than when it went.
Video footage from Shaun Williamson was clear, succinct and informative. It was reassuring to hear and see the results of the findings of the service. Other than the wipers smearing, the car was given a clean bill of health.

Dissatisfied with Soper. Serviced car but when I collect the car receptionist gave me keys and service record. I read report and noticed problem with tyres wearing out on inner edge - queried this but not given proper explaination. Poor service !
No offer of a lift home while the car was in the garage for the whole day.
I came in the centre to install dash cam. After installation I was just given keys back and that's it. No explanation how it works, nothing.I was told, there is instruction in the box, read it. Week after I still don't know if it's recording or not.
Concentration on the client Vauxhall level
within 1 month of purchase, car has spent 4 days in Sopers getting issue with telematics unit resolved, a fault that should have been identified prior to release from forecourt and costing me 4 days off work.
Easy to book. I waited whilst work was completed and the waiting area is comfortable and staff are all welcoming and friendly.
Great customer service and dealing with service issues. One small error was the service engineer indicated a new rear wiper mechanism was required and I had used this prior to leaving the car. Staff checked this when I queried as it was not needed

Despite booking a drop off time and pick up time later in the day, I am always kept waiting 20 to 30 minutes to see a service assistant. I don't want this inconvenience when I am trying to get off to work and like wise when I want to get home.

Mike Taylor, who we have always dealt with was excellent as usual. However, BMW UK let the side down with delays in getting a sat nav code and then systems failing a few times, unable to complete handover on arranged date.
