The staff could not be more polite and very professional. The problem was solved under warranty as quick as it could practically be done which surprised me having had previous problems in the past with other makes of car. Buy BMW and get the service.
The staff met me on arrival, had me on their list, knew my name, were really friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. I was only in for an MOT but I still felt special to be at BMW.
In light of the current circumstances we find ourselves in, it couldn't have been better organised

My recent visit was a pleasure despite COVID restrictions. I received a vehicle inspection video but I was also fortunate to meet the Technician who solved the problem on my car. The face to face (COVID distancing) explanation was excellent.

When the car arrived earlier than expected, Soper went out of their way to allow me to collect it early. Due to COVID-19 there was no demonstration of the vehicle but Rob Payne provided as much information as he could to maintain social distancing.
I have only praise for the way I was treated by the sales staff, who were pleasant courteous and patient. From the reception staff all the way through to senior sales and financial people.
