The only thing I would mention is that the vehicle was cleaned, but not to normal high standard. The windscreen was quite dirty due to flies being stuck on the screen. This was not cleaned very well at all. I did advise the service representative.

The service team at Soper are second to none, by far the best Bmw service partner I have used and believe me I've tried many over the years, no one comes close to the service Soper provides they are a credit to the brand, nothing's a problem for them

I had arranged my booking a few weeks earlier and delayed the appointment so that I could have a BMW courtesy car available whilst my car was being serviced. I was not happy when I was then given a mini as my courtesy car for the day.

I find the entire team at Soper from Tracy at the reception desk, June fielding all phone calls and finally the James and Eric from the sales team good people. They are welcoming, helpful making the parting of large sums of money much less painful.
