Whenever my car has to this garage it has been serviced to the highest standard and done to the agreed time.

I was told on several occasions that the system was going paperless and that was why I was not given any paper work (it was emailed to me) or explanation of my wait and what work had been done on the first evening .. see below

They found the problem with my 730 which was new in April 2019. The part is on back order and I feel that this should have been picked up at the factory in Germany. They now have the part and I need to leave the car for a full day.To be programmed in

For the first time I opted for a 'waiting' service appointment. Clearly the staff had an idea of the timescale such a procedure would take and sure enough the car was ready drive away 10 minutes prior to the estimated completion time.

After an initial blip with matter relating to 2 minor faults.I visited Sopers and saw Yasmin Anderson and from that point she dealt with my queries in a pleasant and professional manner,arranged for Dave Ellis to inspect my vehicle.
Job done - no problems.

Sopers are great, lady on reception a really credit, so helpful, polite and welcoming. Warranty claim sorted so quickly and without issue, everything would be 5 stars but waiting appointment took nearly 3 hours to change 2 wheels.
Service was carried out plus additional checks as requested. All done on time and as quoted.

Carried out task within time frame to good standard.
Change to Winter whelks took 2 hours 15 minutes (I was on 2 hour waiting appointment so had to leave before car was vacuumed). I would much prefer a 1 hour slot & no valeting as have work to do ! F1 teams change wheels in 3 seconds !
Inconsistent pricing. Poor communication. Very dissatisfied with cosmetic repair and wheel repair insurance products I was sold by Soper BMW when I first purchased my vehicle, which provided no value.
I have no complaints about the workmanship as with any service there is no tangible visible end result to gauge this on, I have no reason to complain.

Quick service, very little waiting time, very pleasant and polite staff.
Jobs completed in a timely manner and to the high standard expected.
The issue with the car was apparently a problem BMW was aware of and I believe should have been part of a « recall » rather than waiting for customers to notice.
No one offered me a drink. No one came to tell me the job was going to take longer than expected.

The side panel on the Drivers side of my vehicle that carries the seat position controls had come of .I was told that the repair was not covered by warranty. And I was charged £85 . A day later it came off again and had to be repaired again.
Involved at every stage of the service and repair. The collection and delivery service is so useful too if you are unable to drive. Full confidence in the car on return.

Lack of attention to detail, rushed handover of car. I drove 150 miles to pick my car up and they didnt even give me a full tank of petrol to drive back home. They should learn from Mercedes where handover of a new car is a special experience.
