The quality of service was excellent, the only slight negative was the extended time it took to complete the work (or starting the work was delayed).

Booking was easy. When there was a problem with the car, I really appreciated being taken into the workshop to have it explained to me. I was promptly given a lift home and phoned when the car was ready. But see answer to 3 below.

The repair that was undertaken by the body shop was first class. My only slight criticism being that of the courtesy car that was dirty when I took ownership from the dealership!

My only moan would be the length of service time; drop off at 8.30am and only ready just before 6pm. It would have been good if someone could have kept me in the loop regarding expected finish time.
