The level of service from Mike Taylor, Rob Payne is second to none. I would happily purchase another vehicle from them.

As previously mentioned, very helpful and attentive staff but very expensive when it comes down to parts and labour costs (£150 ish per hour). For example, I would not purchase tyres direct from BMW as they can be at least 50% more expensive.
I haven't had my car serviced at sopers yet all I have done is sign up for a 3 year plan
Service staff excellent and a real credit. Sales staff appalling waited 2 hours for a salesman who was supposed to come and see me. Service advisor emailed Sales Manager as I left and still no call 3 weeks later. So dissatisfied looking away from BMW

The problem was not resolved. I took the vehicle in because a tyre pressure warning kept coming on but there was no problem with tyre pressured. I was told there was a problem with the software but it was sorted. The warning came on again.
The work was carried out efficiently and within the stated time frame.

As an existing customer, I have always been looked after by Soper of Lincoln - from the planning stage through to ordering and aftercare of my current BMW. As always; a pleasure doing business with Soper's - made to feel valued and loyal.
Only issue was when my car as cleaned one of the mats was put back but on a follow up visit this was rectified
My car was in for a safety recall. I was not going to get a courtesy car but the salesman (mike) sorted me out. It's little things like that that make all the difference. Of note, charging for courtesy cars is a very disappointing move.

The car was looked after very. My dissatisfaction comes from a lack of communication to myself causing much inconvenience and spoiling my weekend.
Service completed in the time ( or before ) allocated and ready for collection .
at the time of the service i mentioned that i had a slow puncture and asked if it could be checked. i was told all was fine, however within two days the tyre was down again and i had to have a mobile tyre swap carried out.
The car was booked in at 8am with the only instruction was that I needed the car back at 2pm so I could get back to Home to get kids from school. They rang me at 2.30pm to say they had started working on my car therefore I was already late!

I had a noise from front door pillar area of both front doors. They resolved it quickly and effectively on the day I brought the car in with no charge.
Car ready on time, returned clean, and communication and attention from staff was perfect.
Service satisfactory. My reported concern re: abnormal noise was not resolved following investigation. I will need to return the car again!

Asked if I wanted refreshments but declined. TV in seating area could benefit by improved signal. Waiting appointment ran over by 23 minutes ( and considering I came 20 minutes early) it felt a long time waiting!!!
Fully informed of the outcome of the car inspection and diagnosis also informed us of a tyre problem we were not aware of

The reason for visiting Soper recently resulted in an unsatisfactory outcome for us and will not be resolved.
I like the BMW brand but on the three occasions I have dealt with soper in lincoln I have to say that overall I'm not that impressed. I'll be planning on moving back to Mercedes next year at the end of this contract.
Car was booked in 4 weeks in advance and was due to be completed a.m. we mentioned that we may not get back that evening so Soper took a unilateral decision to put our service to the bottom of the list and consequently it wasn't ready when we arrived
The person with whom I dealt with at Soper was pleasant, helpful, articulate and knowledgable and sent me off feeling satisfied with what had been done to my vehicle.
I am satisfied with the service of my vehicle but disappointed that a small issue was not resolved to my satisfaction.
As with all visits I have made to this dealer, the free wash and vac is done to such a poor standard I end up having to finish the bits that are missed when I get home. Also the seat and mirrors were moved, which is highly frustrating.
My purchase was made a simple and a pleasant experience. Your staff were attentive and knowledgeable and a delight to deal with.

The car was there for its MOT, one phone call to book in,nice greeting on arrival, nice coffee whilst waiting.i had booked a waiting appointment. Wash and valay , all carried out in a pleasant and professional manner. Well done Soper's.
The way I was spoken too.
Only problem was with the video was not too clear which I received about the problem with the near side wheels.
I was well looked after from the start of receiving a telephone call to arrange a convenient date to bring my car in for service and mot. I decided to wait in the relaxing waiting area which had refreshments, TV, even free wifi.
I was kept waiting for just over 2.5 hrs. I was told the hold up was due to the new wash system.
Valet was well done
I am only very satisfied as I had to bring the car back to have my new tyres re sealed as it had not been completed enough the first time round and kept losing pressure.

Excellent facilities, well treated and no overbearing sales pitch. The car was well prepared and presented. Not to mention also an excellent car.
Delivery was delayed but this was not dealers fault BMW factory need to improve time from completion of build to delivery to dealer not good when you know the car is sitting on the dock waiting to be shipped it took 15 days to be delivered to dealer.
Enjoyed the experience with Soper bmw, they were very fair and gave me a great deal with trade in and new car price!
Danny was dealing with us on pick-up day, and Gary called before to arrange the timings, Arnold talked us through the gap policies etc. All went very smoothly.
