I had arranged my booking a few weeks earlier and delayed the appointment so that I could have a BMW courtesy car available whilst my car was being serviced. I was not happy when I was then given a mini as my courtesy car for the day.

My cars 'free service' wash was very poor and on arrival home I noticed the next day that my rear wiper had been split, I can only assume this was done when the car was being cleaned as the wiper blade was fine before the car went in for it's service

They require many phone calls and visits to their dealership to get the work done to a satisfactory standard and would avoid doing anything under warranty if they thought they could get away with it. They are NOT FIT to be a BMW DEALER.
