Yasmin looked after my needs as always and completed my visit in a prompt and timely manner.
Unfortunately my windscreen was damaged moments before I arrived for my MoT test. Sopers gave me good advice not to go ahead with the test, and rescheduled it without charge, to give me time to get a replacement.

The staff could not be more polite and very professional. The problem was solved under warranty as quick as it could practically be done which surprised me having had previous problems in the past with other makes of car. Buy BMW and get the service.
