Vehicle had a recall. Requested I drop it off at 0830 & ready for 1700. Job not completed till 1815 & complimentary valeting was not to the usual standard. My car was clean so it would not of been a long process.

My car had a recall and I was experiencing the performance issues outlined. I was told courtesy cars were unavailable and that I would have to get myself to and from (25 miles) thisnwould have cost a good £30 in public transport. For a BMW fault!

Car To bmw Monday, told I would be informed when ready post paint annual check up - never received anything, had to call on the Wednesday and told they were not sure. Also warrantee not signed so had to go back. In general.not impressed

For a large dealership it was disappointing to have to give a months notice if you want a courtesy car. The dealership is quite isolated. When you only get 1 day off a week it is far from ideal to waste 3 hours sat around.

Valeting was poor I wasn't notified when my car was ready, the text didn't come through forcing me to collect the car next morning. However all the staff were extremely helpful

If the above are not grounds for dissatisfaction, I don't know what would be. It seemed to me that the car had not been looked at until late in the afternoon of day one, and that nothing further had been done by the time I arrived to connect.

I had a waiting appointment and it took longer than I expected. It was for MOT and health check and 2 hours 25 minutes was quite a long time I felt. However the job was completed and It was returned cleaned and polished. Overall very satisfied.

The only thing I would mention is that the vehicle was cleaned, but not to normal high standard. The windscreen was quite dirty due to flies being stuck on the screen. This was not cleaned very well at all. I did advise the service representative.

I was informed that my vehicle had received a complimentary clean but the was clearly not the case. The car was spotless outside when I attended BMW and the inside was nearly the same. However, the mats hadn't been hoovered so NO complimentary clean.
