BMW/MINI Service Advisor Vacancy

We are looking to recruit a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our thriving Service department at Soper of Lincoln. 

Experienced Service Advisor for BMW is required to join our team at Soper of Lincoln Ltd, you must be able to deliver exceptional customer service and sell servicing, repairs, products and services for our busy workshop in Lincoln. Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential, preferably with a franchised dealer background. This is an exciting opportunity to join a family owned business which is at the forefront of the latest technology, using systems to streamline the day to day flow of vehicles through our busy workshop. Training to BMW service advisor accreditation will be available (when covid -19 restrictions are lifted).

You will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for excellent customer service and have the skills and passion to deliver them. You will also have outstanding listening and communication skills, be well organised and handle working in a busy but fun environment.
