Very satisfied with the purchase process, including car suitability, test drive experience. The purchase process was made very simple, including buying and financing the car. The team at Sopers were very helpful and made the event special.

I had no issues with the whole experience other than the fact I couldn't specify the M Performance body kit that I had set my heart on but that was down to BMW not my dealer.

I had bought a used BMW from Soper that after taking delivery exhibited a fault in the gearbox. After reporting the fault the car was quickly inspected and repaired very quickly and efficiently under BMWwarranty. Brilliant communication and service.

I had to wait about 40 mins to collect my car that was the only thing otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Fortunately there is a comfortable waiting area with drinks.

Problem was not diagnosed initially and wasn't until I had to call out BMW Assistance that the mechanic stated there was no coolant. Once this was mentioned to the Soper Mechanic, the fault was found whuch was a split coolant hose pipe.

I would have given 5 stars however on this occasion I had to wait 2 days for a part (horn) that failed and needed replacing and I feel this was not satisfactory and I was without my car for 3 days which I hadn't planned for.

Customer service is fab. This is my first experience of Soper and BMW, I'm very impressed. The car was in for two recalls and I hadn't purchased the car from them but nonetheless it was a fab customer service

While the service staff are 10/10 there was a miss communication with washing the vehicle (requested it to not be washed as it is ceramic coated). Overall very professional and accommodating and welcomed my golden retriever in the showroom.
