I did not want to do the self check in but was told to, I was surprised that there is no transport to Lincoln centre from the dealership or offer of a loan car.

The Soper staff were very friendly and helpful. From a misunderstanding about cost for diagnostic checks, Soper came up with solutions and communicated this quickly.

Everything was very good with the visit the only reason for not giving 5 stars was timing. The car should have been ready at 10.15 but was not available until 11am which was a little frustrating
