They have always been a good dealership to deal with ,and I have bought 2 bmws from them,one a 4 series cabriolet in 2018 and a new 7 series in 2019.Following a bad experience I didn't buy my x5 from them due a awful attitude of a Mr Sleaford .

Put in this same complaint months ago and had no apology letter. It was very obvious our car had been at the garage all day and been forgotten and no apology or hire car offered

A better experience would be if you offered three types of appointments: all day (drop off 8:30, pick up 17:00), morning (drop off 8:30, pick up 13:30), afternoon (drop off 11:00, pick up 17:00).

I was very surprised when I was told that they would change the engine oil without replacing the oil filter. Good thing I persuaded him to replace it, it's strange - it's like taking a shower and putting on old underwear.

Excellent service, beautiful premises with first class amenities, friendly and polite staff. My only disappointment was, as a courtesy to me, a very nice technician inspected a fault I have with my headlights, but I came away without any solution.

Staff were really pleasant and helpful but I took a day off work to bring my car in for repair. When I returned I discovered the car had just been in for a brief diagnostic check and I had wasted a day. Had to them come back another day.

Ease of checking in my vehicle for its service was spot on. I was given a phone call for a rough eta of when to collect the vehicle. Only thing that let it down was the 'clean'. The vehicle only had an external wash and no vaccum inside at all.

I still have intermittent charging errors on my home 3 pin charger when setting to start at a certain time. This costs me hundreds of pounds per year.

My car was booked in for 1day, it turned out this was not achievable. It was arranged that I could collect at 9am the next day. The car was not ready and I left the dealership around 0930 with the car requiring '20-25 mins work'. Very unprofessional.

Having said the beeping could not be replicated in your test drives, it happened on the way out of your car park. Luckily I was able to grab a techician who immediately identified the issue as the dash cam - seriously no one thought to mention that ?

The booking was imputed incorrectly which meant our car wasn't MOTd in a timely fashion. No updates on progress or health check conducted. I arrived at 0800 and left at 1630 for an hours MOT.

My experience was let down by the fact that nobody phoned to tell me if my car was done. And when I phoned to ask the receptionist was rude and couldn't answer any questions that I asked. I had to check on dvla website to check it had passed.

Communication was the issue here. I requested the Inspection invoice and video of the diagnostic from the service manager which never came. Further three email requests to the service department which after one week i received but no video.

I checked my car on collection and the minor problem had not even been looked at this forced me to stay and wait until they sorted it out. The service team didn't even contact me to say that the car was ready for collection. I had to telephone them.

Friendly and helpful staff. On occasion we didn't receive a call back when we had been promised one, but the provision of a hire car was smooth and efficient. Car cleaned & valeted on pick up with new key fob battery which was appreciated.
