To ensure both customers and staff remain safe, we ask that new procedures are adhered to. Please read the below ahead of your booking at Soper of Lincoln.

·      Whilst your service is taking place you can either wait in our lounge or you’re your daily exercise. Please ensure we have your up-to-date mobile number. In the lounge you will see seating is 2 meters apart. WiFi will be on but we regret we are unable to offer drinks. Please feel free to bring your own refreshments.


·      If we are able to give you a quote for the work, we will need that amount bank transferring into our account. Please mark the reference with your vehicle’s registration number and your surname.


·      If we are unable to give you a quote, we ask that you set up our bank details in your online banking app so you are ready to press the button before collecting your car.


·      We will not be offering a wash and vacuum service. This is to protect you and our staff.
